The pipe decoiler simplifies the handling of PE-pipes delivered in coils
The pipe decoiler is suitable for all industries that handle PE-pipes. e.g. contractors, machine operators and plumbers.
Floor stand
The pipe decoiler has to be lifted from the sviwel in the center in order to use it, but with the optional floor stand one can also use it without any lifting equipment. It can be useful either on the ground, on a flatbed truck, on a trailer, or inside a warehouse.
The rotating lid ensures that the hose does not wind out uncontrollably, and also makes it possible to wind the pipe back in if necessary.
Why use the Pipe decoiler?
The handling of PE-pipes is normally done manually, and requires many people. Even small diameter PE-pipes are heavy and unwieldy, and it only gets worse the bigger they get. With our solution one person can do this by themself, without manual labour. In addition to making the work easier, it's also more efficient, wich saves both time and costs.

"Slangeutleggaren: Her går alt av seg sjølv, systemet er særs brukarvennleg. Ein mann kan utføre arbeidet åleine, slik kan vi spare ein til to mann og likevel få arbeidet gjort på halve tida. Det er fleire alternative måtar ein kan spole ut slange på: På stativ på grøftekanten eller lasteplan/tilhengar, alternativt henande i kran/gravemaskin.
HMS: Skader i samband med utrulling av slangar har tidlegare vore eit problem. Enden kan slå attende med stor kraft og fare for auge- og kuttskadar er høg. No kan vi utføre dette arbeidet på ein trygg, god og kontrollert måte."
Dimensions
The pipe decoiler is available in two sizes, 1.8m and 2.4m. The smallest can accommodate up to 50mm PE-pipes, and the largest up to 75mm.
